The way I made these was by using;
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
4 cups chow mein noodles

I melted the marshmallows and butters in a saucepan, then added the chow mein noodles. I then pressed the mixture into greased muffin tins, and topped them with Cadbury mini eggs :)
