Hmm, I didn't realise that digestives were a Brititsh thing. You could use plain buiscuits or cookies in place of them though, it should taste pretty much the same.

i have just made theese and i made them really thin and put them in the fridge now they are quite hard and taste like really yummy chocolate bikkis

I would say you could use graham crackers instead of the digestives, if you don't have them :D
