Chocolate Biscuit Bars

A yummy snack that will chase away any sugar craving.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Melt down the dark chocolate and butter over a pan of boiling water. Leave to cool for several minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Chop up the white chocolate and digestive biscuits and stir in to the dark chocolate.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Place in a lined baking tin, cool for several hours and then cut in to bars.

Hmm, I didn't realise that digestives were a Brititsh thing. You could use plain buiscuits or cookies in place of them though, it should taste pretty much the same.

i have just made theese and i made them really thin and put them in the fridge now they are quite hard and taste like really yummy chocolate bikkis

how many hours would you say is several? Or does it depend on the thickness? Am I being a bit thick here...

I would say you could use graham crackers instead of the digestives, if you don't have them :D
