toast 1.5 cups of pecans(drizzle with butter and bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes) and let cool.
melt your caramel and chocolate
while waiting for melting, arrange pecans on foil or parchment(or just dump a few pecans on a pan). it's also cute to make a real"turtle" with 5 pecans for a head and 4 leggys :)
drop a spoonful of caramel onto pecan clusters, then cover with chocolate.
let them cool or refrigerate for at least 45 minutes...then enjoy!
