Easy, Delicious and addicting

This was a little baking experiment that turned out well. It takes a bit of stirring but its so worth it.

Reasonably Priced

  1. 1

Make sugar cookie mix per package instructions.
I use a Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix because its cheaper but use what you like.

  2. 2

Add in a couple tablespoons of coco. Use whatever you have lying around. I used Nestle baking coco but if you have Hershey's that works too.
I used roughly five tablespoons of coco since everyone in the house is a chocolate lover.
Mix to combine the cookie mix and coco. Make sure its blended well.

  3. 3

Add a couple tablespoon of nutella or jiffy chocolate hazelnut spread.
Just like the coco do this to your taste.
Mix with your now chocolate cookie mixture. Make sure like in step two this is blended well.

  4. 4

Scoop out with a small ice cream or cookie scooper.

  5. 5

    Optional step before baking
Roll balls in sugar and place on cookie sheet

  6. 6

Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes.

  7. 7

    Cool and enjoy.

If you'd like a little extra umph melt white baking chocolate and drizzle over cookies.

    Enjoy!
