This is so quick & easy to make.
It tastes delicious.
You can double up the recipe to make more.
Also you can add fruit or nuts to the mixture for more variety.

Step 1Line pan with wax paper.
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter & salt in a pan.
Bring to the boil. Stir continually.

Step 2Boil for 5 mins until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat & add vanilla, chocolate chips & marshmallows.
Stir until combined.

Step 3If your adding fruit or nuts do so now.

Step 4Pour into tin & allow to set for 20mins or so.
Cut into pieces & cool fully.
