Chocolate Fondant
This is really rich & indulgent.
It tastes delicious.
It is best served with ice cream.
I have to be honest.... I can never get mine to tip out & stand without bursting. So I always serve them in the ramekin they are cooked in.
It really doesn't make a difference to me or my family as they taste so yummy.

Step 1Melt the chocolate.

Step 2Mix the eggs, sugar & vanilla together.

Step 3Add the chocolate to the mixture.
Add the flour & combine.

Step 4Pour into the small ramekins.
Cook for 12 mins.
