Dark Chocolate, Coconut and marshmallow. Need I say more? Heaven!
I am a bit of a marshmallow freak. I admit it! I am somewhat obsessed with them. Not the cheap flump type, although very pretty to look at they just don't satisfy my addiction. I am more in to hard-core marshmallows like the big sumptuous white ones that the Americans do so well or gourmet ones that cost a fortune to buy. Must be due to the fact I was introduced to them by my mother at a young age (She's American and I was born there but my father is British so I have lived here since I was 3 - long story :-) )

Anyhow I was able to get hold of some of those pure white delicious vanillary pillows of joy in France, an enormous bag of them for very little money and got a hankering for snowballs. I grabbed some dark chocolate, melted it in the microwave and coated some of the marshmallows and then sprinkled with sweetened coconut then left them to set. And voila! Mini snowballs!!!!!!!! Om nom nom nom nom!
