- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 0.75 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 Large Egg(s)
- 2.25 cup Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 cup Chocolate Chips / chunks (i used smashed up galaxy)

mix all sugar butter and egg together in a bowl (by hand not with an electric mixer)

stir in flour and baking soda and mix untill you have a very stiff cookie dough

add your choc and stir untill its evenly spead out

make into balls as big or small as you like and flatten between your fingers to about 1/2 centermeter

pop on a baking tray with a sheet of ungreased grease proof paper and bake in a pre heated oven at gas mark 7 for about 8-10 mins or untill brouwn on the edge and gooey in the middle!
