Note: I threw this together rather quickly so it is not as good as it could be XD
Anyways, I thought it may be helpful for cosplayers or Chobits fans out there who will randomly stumble upon this someday ^__^ If you have questions, feel free to ask, I'll help as best I can :D

Cut two shapes like this from your white foam. You may need to do a snip here and there to have it to your liking. This is just the general shape.
Now for the pink. Again, you will need two of these. It's basically the same as the white: it's a general shape and you may need to make a few adjustments.

Pretty self explanatory. You will need four white circles cut from your white foam.
Now, fold your white shape as shown

Fold the pink shape as well
Join the two shapes. Use your hot glue gun to attach them.
Now you use the hot glue gun to attach the white circle (do this on both sides)
Finally, glue the finished ears to your headband. Ta da! You now have Chobits ears ^___^

OMG! I LOVE YOU!!! I have been wanting Chii ears FOREVER, but I didn't wanna pay like $100 for them!!! hahaha I am stoked, I can't wait to run to the craft store!!!! THANKYOU!!!
