  • Step 1

cut out the pattern for the bag.
cut out two large rectangles (red or blue), and (one of each)a small rectangle (white) and circle (yellow).

  • Step 2

sew the smaller rectangle onto one of the larger rectangles

  • Step 3

sew the circle onto the small rectangle

  • Step 4

with the wrong sides facing in, sew the large rectangles together, but leave one of the sides open

  • Step 5

flip the bag right side out.
    now you have your bag.

  • Step 6

to make chips, cut out random round shapes from a light yellow or cream colored fabric. try to keep each chip around 1-3 inches in diameter (about 2-6 cm). they shouldn't be perfect circles, try to make them look like chips.

  • Step 7

loosely fill he bag with chips. do not cram all the chip together, and try to leave some room between the chips

  • Step 8

    have fun with your chips
    <lol>

  • Step 9

i apologize for the lack of pictures and i'm sorry if this is useless, but try to cope with it.
this is a fairly simple project and the part that took the longest was probably making the chips, because i had to make a lot. sorry for the spelling and grammar errors.... though i have doubts that you will, i hope you enjoyed and found this tutorial useful.
