1. 

   Cut the dowel down to 9" long with the saw. If you're using a straw you can obviously just use scissors.

2. 

   Cut out a piece of wrapping paper 7' long by 4" wide.

3. 

   Tape the wrapping paper to the dowel/straw.

4. 

   Wrap the paper around the dowel/straw continuously.

5. 

   To play: Flick wrist downward to let the paper extend and tilt it upward to let the paper retract. Enjoy!
