A very simple friendship bracelet pattern
Okay so if you are looking at this project tutorial you must have already learned the basic knots from my other tutorial or you already knew them.

You Will Need

Step 1First you need to get all your supplies which include; strings, a safety pin, and a pillow or something to hold the string in place.

Step 2Okay, so you grab the color string you want to start with and make some forward knots until color reaches desired length.

Step 3To change colors you just grab the next string and do some more forward knots. Alternate strings as desired.

ALTERNATE PATTERN:
The alternate pattern is a zigzag chinese staircase. To do so you do 4 forward knots, and then 4 backward knots. Alternate colors after you finish doing 4 backward knots.
