Punky Brewster inspired shirt from too-small bodysuit.
A friend gave me an 18 months size tie-dyed Ben&Jerry's bodysuit. My daughter wears 3T, and the bodysuit was large enough on top for her, so this is what I did:

I cut the collar and sleeve-cuffs off, and using the collar as a headband and cuffs as a pony O and a cuff bracelet. This is the before.

I cut off the legs, and set aside for a later project.

Your shirt is finished, and ready to be worn, with one shoulder exposed. Tres '80s.
