To Answer a question from Mafalicious:
His teeth are made out of two pieces of white felt that have been ironed together with thermoweb. They started peeling apart almost immediately but I liked the way they looked so I went with it.

OMG! I have that book! It's really cute, though none of those things even look like anything remotely real! lol.
