Plush O Rama. In the book he is named Plucky. He was very easy to make.

To Answer a question from Mafalicious:
His teeth are made out of two pieces of white felt that have been ironed together with thermoweb. They started peeling apart almost immediately but I liked the way they looked so I went with it.
