These are Greek style kababs.
They are really nice.

Step 1Mix all ingredients except the chicken.

Step 2Place chicken in marinade & refrigerate for approx 4 hrs.
The longer the better.

Step 3Heat oven 200 degrees.
Place chicken in oven.
Cook for 15 mins on one side then turn the meat & cook until cooked through, approx 15 more mins.
Chop the chicken into smaller pieces.

Place a pitta bread.
Layer with salad, chicken & tzatziki sauce.
Wrap.
