Super cute striped place mat inspired by the Chevron stripe trend
We just love the Chevron stripe trend. This easy project was created with one of our new colors of Upholstery Paint, Caribbean Blue! The blue just pops on the white place mat!

    Materials needed: plain place mat (ours is from IKEA), ruler, pencil, scissors, painters tape, and Simply Spray Upholstery Paint in Caribbean Blue.

    We measured where we wanted the stripes to start then used the width of the painter's tape as a placeholder.

    Using the painter's tape as a placeholder allowed us to create even lines. We repeated this step 6 times.

    After the place mat was taped off, we sprayed 3 even light coats of Caribbean Blue. We waited about an hour in between each coat.
