About
Two gradients in one nail art design.
Reciprocal gradients are created when you do two gradients on top of each other and mask off designs. They usually are done with the same colours for the gradient, but you can use different ones if you choose.

Step 1Paint your nails in the base colour and let it dry.

Step 2Using a makeup sponge, create a two toned gradient with two colours.

Step 3Top coat your gradient and let it dry.

Step 4Tape off your nails in a triangular chevron design using sticky tape and sponge on another gradient in the reverse direction.

Step 5Carefully remove the sticky tape and finish your design with top coat.
