this is my daughters toe nails but it will work on fingernails too :)
i did this to my three year olds nails so sorry it isn't the best she always tries to see while i am doing it :P

Step 1
paint your nails white and let it dry

Step 2when the white is dry take your nail art pen and put dots on your nails like this

Step 3take your nail art pen and connect the dots to form your pattern then color in. continue on the rest of your nails or color the tips or well any other variation you would like :)
