Cheshire Cat, Inspired Hat

a fancy top hat for the fancy inclined!
an experamentation with a different bass fabric, i think it turned out well, but i have some more idea's.

there is an outfite that goes with this.

and it took me about a week to make.

it does not have a cardboard bass. this is the exact shap of the material. it hasnt been streched over anything. just so you know. XP
