A Yummy Low Fat Alternative to Ice Cream
This is good both frozen or just chilled. My grandma used to make this for me when I was little. She used to make it with Cool Whip but I love homemade whipped cream so my how to is to make it that way. If you like Cool Whip better or just want to skip the beginning steps you can just use Cool Whip.
