for cheese-a-holics
its a yummy cheese salsa, make it extra cheesy or extra spicy
great for nachos, over chili, bread stick dipping and pretzle dipping.

dice up those peppers and onions
I get one huge onion to dice and some green, red or yellow sweet peppers. (about one large pepper of each colour)
you can either dice your tomatoes (about three tomatoes)
or get a can of diced tomatoes.

take out your cheese, cube it up
now heat up that cheese on the stove(in a pot of course)
or you can use a microwavable bowl(but I find microwaves don't heat it right)
so heat the cheese till it goes into a thick liquid.[keep it on med heat so it does not burn to the bottom]

now throw the diced veggies into the cheese.
Stir it up.

now you can leave it like that or you can put hot sauce in.
Add the hot sauce to the level of spicyness you want.

OOh I love this dip. If you don't feel like cutting up all the veggies there is a can made by Rotel that has all the peppers, onions, tomatoes already diced for you. You can get it in mild, medium and hot varieties.
