Go all mexican and cook these delicious little quesadillas.
Mushrooms, chicken and tomatoes are just a few more ingredients that you can add to a quesadilla.

- 2 or 3 types of Cheese
- Fajita / Tortilla Bread
- Frying Pan
- Oven or Microwabve
- Onion(s)
- Jalapeno Pepper

Lay out some fajita bread flat on a plate. Place all your ingredients to one side of the bread.

Fold the other side of the bread over.

Place the bread in the oven or a microwave.. cook until the cheese has all melted.

Pour a little oil in to a frying pan and cook the quesadilla until it turns gloden.

Flip it over and cook the other side. Put it on a plate and cut it in to 4 triangles.
