Hoop + silk screen material + Modge Podge = Cheap Silk Screening

Cheap silk-screening done with real silk screen material and inks combined with embroidery hoops and Mod Podge.

Stretch the material over the hoop and paint on the Mod Podge wherever you don't want the ink to go through.

Takes more time than money.
