Start collecting charms from earrings, old necklaces, bracelets, ect.

bend the bobby pin slightly so you have room to work. Get your glue gun and adjust the charm on the end to your liking.

if the charm is bigger and a bit heavy, use felt on the back for security.

let it dry, bend it back to normal, and there you go c:
