I made these all in one night and ended up sleeping at one in the morn D:
Scrapbook paper was used with chandelier designs. Little needed to be added on but a note and ribbons.

What i've learnt.
1. If the paper is thin, use light weight rubbons.
2. Color coordination.
3. Don't do this last minute, like me!

i just used scrapbook paper and i forgot the brand of the paper. so sorry! but i figure mounting it would make it sturdier :)
