Used two old CDs to make a diary (By the time I took the picture my lock was missing)I used different paper- checkered,plain,lined and colored paper.
Used scissors to cut the paper round, punched holes to the paper + Cds and attached with a Key Chain ring.
And if you like, you can decorate the CDs with stuff you like.
