Nice way to use fabric scraps
I was tossing out an empty oatmeal container and had some inspiration. I dug into my fabric scraps and Viola a cat toy :)

You Will Need

Step 1This is the oatmeal container I had.

Step 2I used the plastic ring around the lid. I just cut away the paper part.

Step 3I used fleece cut roughly 1 1/2 inches wide and 14 inches long.

Step 4I threaded 1 piece at a time through the plastic loop and tied it on.
If you didn't have a plastic loop, an old pony holder could serve the same purpose :) -
Step 5Just keep adding fabric strips until the ring is covered. Then toss it to the cats!
