Step 1Step 1: Trace the front of the shoe on a piece of paper and draw a simple cat face.

Step 2Step 2: Trace the cat face onto the tracing paper using a contrasting pencil (white for dark shoes, black for light shoes)

Step 3Step 3: Lay the design over the front of your flats and rub the pencil onto the shoes.

Step 4Step 4: Start sewing at the bottom and work your way up (the bottom is the hardest so save the easiest part for last!)

Step 5Step 5: Voila! Now if you'd like you can fill in the eyes & nose with acrylic paint, or more thread!
