A carrot eclair even Bugs Bunny would be proud of
I colored the eclair dough orange and green.
After spooning some orange onto the baking sheet I used 2 spoons to help shape one end into a point, then I spooned some green at the top and used a toothpick to help give a more real look.
I finished this eclair with vanilla pudding inside.
