I MADE THIS TO HOLD ALL THE EXTRA PLASTIC BAGS I HAD HANGING AROUND. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NO SEWING UTENCILS. SO I GRABBED AN OLD PAIR OF PANTS AND CUT THE LEGS OFF. THEN I CUT LITTLE STRIPS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PANTS LEG SO I COULD TIE A RUBBER BAND TO IT. AFTER THAT WAS DONE I USED A THUMB TACK TO HOLD IT TO THE WALL. I LIKE IT AND IT HOLDS ALOT OF BAGS.
