I made this bag in about 20 mins. Super simple. Inspired by an old lady in Target. :]
I swear, I was singing "Just a spoonful of sugar" subconsciously the whole time I was making this. :]

Instructions
You Will Need
- Small Woven Carpet / Rug (I got mine at a dollar store for a dollar)
- Strap
- Button(s) (optional)
- Mini Bow (optional)
- Project Cost

Find a small carpet (bath-mat, tiny area-mat)

Fold in half.

Sew (with a machine) about 2 cm's away from the left and right sides. The bottom is already folded over, so you only have to sew 2 of 3 sides.

Turn inside out.

Put on strap.
[I had an already made strap, with 2 clips on the ends, but you could just sew on a belt, etc.]

Attach bows, buttons, etc.
