A floral gin & tonic with rose and cardamon
This gin & tonic combines Caorunn gin with rosewater and crushed cardamon for a subtly floral take on the classic cocktail.

You Will Need

Step 1Crush the seeds out of three cardamon pods and discard the shells.

Step 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the cardamon seeds and add the gin and a dash of rosewater.

Step 3Shake well to chill and strain into a short glass filled with ice.

Step 4Top with tonic water and serve.
