hey! This is a picture frame I made out of playing cards for a friend! Not sure exactly how long it takes.. depends on you!
The you will need was being stupid so here it is:
-Cardboard
-plaring cards
-tape or glue

Get a piece of card board and cut it to the size you want.

You can make a background before you add the pictures and cards if you want.
Fold cards over the sides of the carboard with either tape or glue them on. -

Cut out pictures and collage them on

If you are going to make it stand up... add a piece of cardboard to the back to support it.
