Cappuccino Cupcakes

Wake up and taste the coffee with cappucino cupcakes.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Cream the butter in a bowl and then beat in the sugar.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Beat in the eggs, egg yolk and vanilla essence.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Combine the two mixtures.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Mix in the cinnamon and cappuccino.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

    Place in to cupcake cases and bake for 20 minutes at 350˚F. Leave to cool and then decorate with glace icing and a sprinkling of cocoa powder.

hi! i have a question, the coffee you used, is the "powder" coffee, i mean like instant coffee?? or are they coffee beans grounded?

I just read this recipe and figured out that it doesnt say where to add the milk XD ah well, I added it with the eggs. They're in the oven as we speak. I will post a version if they turn out well ^^

I made this today, it was YUMMY<3 but I had limited cooking needs so I had to use margarine, instead but I tweaked it a little by adding hazelnut ground coffee, came out just as great<3
