Step 1Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water and run under cold water to cool. Place in a bowl.

Step 2Lay some fresh basil leaves on top of the pasta.

Step 3Add a few sun dried tomatoes.

Step 4Tear in some buffalo mozzarella.

Step 5Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt and black pepper.
