I created these during the Summer Reading Program. My wonderful coworkers ate a lot of candy for me to get all the wrappers I needed! I used clear packing tape and the teens cut, formed, and folded the wrappers to fit on the tape. We sealed it with another piece of tape. I attached u-shaped belt fasteners with tape to the ends. They were so cute!

That's pretty cool. I'm gunna have to try my hand at making one of these. Its going to take me forever to collect all the wrappers though seeing is that i don't eat candy much.
