I created these during the Summer Reading Program. My wonderful coworkers ate a lot of candy for me to get all the wrappers I needed! I used clear packing tape and the teens cut, formed, and folded the wrappers to fit on the tape. We sealed it with another piece of tape. I attached u-shaped belt fasteners with tape to the ends. They were so cute!
