Take your bamboo skewers, individualy wrapped candy and ribbon. Cut the ribbons into 10 inch pieces. Take two strips of ribbon and put them together, pinching them in the middle. Put an inch of hot glue on the the end of a skewer and place the pinceh center of ribon on the glue. Now put your candy on the glue and let dry. Do this all 12 times.

Pour two or three inches of water into your vase and lay out your tissue paper. Cut a piece of paper, 14x18 inches and tear a hole in the middle, get your bunch of flowers and stick them through the hole and bunch paper around the stems.
