Found this receipe online for layered fudge. Really easy to do, you just need to have time to wait for the layers to set. Everyone liked it a lot but it's REALLY sweet so I wouldn't cut them as large as I did. They suggested 1 inch squares but that was pretty big. I also only had liquid food colouring so it didn't get super bright like I wanted, so if you can get some of that paste colouring that would probably be better.
