I made this pouch out of black and red felt. I took a piece of felt (12x8 inches) and cut the edges so that they are a bit round. I cut a narrow piece in the middle and sew in a black zipper. I cut out piece of red thinner felt in the shape of a Butterfly. I sew it onto one side of the black felt and I sew onto it a couple of red shiny pearls. In the middle of the butterfly I added many black pearls as the butterfly's body and I also gave it antennas with red pearls at the ends. As a last step I sew the two sides of the black felt together with thick red yarn and here it really doesn't have to be too neat, I actually like it that my stitches are a bit uneven.
I use mine to take to the university, I put pencils, my USB stick and library card etc. in there. Have fun if you also want to make this!
