A bustle skirt that I made from some brocade fabric that was given to me. Three panels of brocade, with a layer of tulle sewn in between. I used the leg of an old pair of pants for the waistband, and heavy-duty snaps to fasten it.

Can be made in just a few hours if you're really determined!
