Burlesque Bustle Skirt

Based on Burlesque Bustle Skirt by Becca K.
I wanted something to wear to see my favorite band, Rasputina, last Friday so i whipped this outfit up. Based on the original bustle skirt from Becca K (thank you, you made this soo easy!) I used a bedskirt that i found at the Goodwill (what luck! the length was exactly 3 times my waist size! and the print <3) I altered a corset type top I had and turned it into a halter using a donated belt. I used the belt closure and scraps to finish the skirt and tie the whole thing together.

For my next skirt (because I'm now obsessed with bustles) I'm going to try and make a reversable one using velcro for the bustle.
