Becca's Bustle skirt with a few "Steampunk" alterations...
Skirt is floor length- totaling 50" from hip to ground with the bottom layer only going partially around the body. Black underskirt is separate. Fabrics are silver and black silk brocade and navy blue, waterproof nylon to give weight and stiffness to produce a nice 'poof'. ((Also it was on sale for really cheap...)) Clasps are hidden hooks since they weren't going to be seen anyway..
:) I had a lot of fun with this project and it was the perfect touch for my Steamlady costume. Thanks for the instructions Becca! I couldn't have done it without you!
