Burlesque Bustle Skirt

Hi Natalie,

Just a few things...

- I left out the bottom (full skirt) layer

- I made the waist band a little narrower (it came out about 2.5 inches wide and I would make it around 1.5-2 inches if I did it again)

- I made the top layer the "widest" (i.e. wrapped around to cover my hips a bit) and then made the others progressively smaller - if you look closely this is opposite of Becca's layers - it was a last minute decisions and so I did it by making the ruffles more or less "ruffley" if I did it again I would cut the top layer a bit longer so I could make it ruffle more
