Make two cakes in round 8inch tins.Leave to cool for a while before cutting or icing as a hot cake will melt the icing

Cut one cake into two ear shaped pieces. Place ears above other cake and ice both.
I used Pink food coloring in the icing and made a pink bunny.

I used Pink food coloring in the icing and made a pink bunny.

Make the eyes with 2 marshmallows with smarties stuck to the top with a little bit of icing. Another smartie for the nose and musk sticks for whiskers, you can use liquorice if you want.

Cover the ears with marshmallows, having pink in the middle and white around the outside to look like ears. Make a smile for your Bunny with smarties.

A serving tray may be needed to place the cake on to decorate and serve, as you can see we needed a big board, as the bunny was quite big.
