    Take a dark colored dress sock and cut off the toe. Then you roll the sock over it self and it just kinda stays that way. You put your ponytail through the hole and smooth your hair around the sock. Keep in place with a second pony tail holder. This is the preferred method to keep your hair up in the Army!
