I took the My Chemical Romance gun logo, and printed it onto t shirt transfer paper.
Then using Tulip slick paint in red, I made round bullet holes and dripping "blood"...the 3 dimensional paint makes very convincing blood
I also made matching shoes and bag.......
This is the method:

Scan the logo onto your computer, adjust the size using a suitable image editor, and print onto a sheet of inkjet transfer paper....you will get two images onto one A4 sheet, save the other for a later project.

Following the instructions given with the transfer paper, iron image onto centre front of a black T shirt...this one cost £1 in Primark.
Lat the t
Take your Tulip Slick red paint, and draw random circles which will be the bullet holes. Heap the paint up about 5mm if possible.

Take the toothpick and pull little strands of paint away from the circles, like rays of the sun!

Then take your fabric paint and squeeze out a blob to look like a drop of blood 1 or 2 cm below the bullethole, then pull the edge of the drop up towards to bullet hole as shown.

Leave flat overnight in a warm place to dry...the paint stays 3 dimensional and glossy.

If you don't like My Chemical Romance (!?!?) you can always feature something else....e.g.Guns'n'Roses, Bullet for my Valentine....
