Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a cake pan.
Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
Add the sugar and the eggs and with the help of a spatula or fork mix until the mixture is shinny. -
Step 2
Slowly add the flour and the baking powder and continue mixing until everything is well incorporated. Set aside
In another bowl mix the cream cheese with the sugar until there are no lumps left
add the vanilla and the yolk and continue mixing until incorporated.
Pour the brownie batter, top with the cheesecake mixture and with the fork make some swirls. -
Step 3
Place in the oven and bake for 40/50 minutes or until done
Take out for them oven and let it cool.
Meanwhile whip the frosting.
Decorate the brownie with the frosting and the chocolate chips
