Based on Brown Sugar & Milk Scrub by juneybuguu
I did the same thing as juneybuguu suggested but instead of 2 tablespoons of milk I cut it in half and filled the other half with cool green tea. The idea for that came from a different "How-to" on here suggesting that green tea was a great toner, hey why not?
