another gross looking but absolutely delicious soup

  • Step 1

    Start with a large soup pot. Saute onions and celery in butter in the pot.

  • Step 2

    When onions are translucent, add chicken stock (you could also use veggie stock), peas, and green beans.

  • Step 3

    Add rinsed beans, broccoli, and cauliflower.

  • Step 4

    Add enough water to almost cover all of the veggies. Season with soul seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for about an hour and a half, or until broccoli and cauliflower are tender.

  • Step 5

    Tear kale into bite sized pieces, stir into soup and serve. Bon Apetite!
