Obtain a jacket.
Got this one at walmart for 10 bucks!

Lay out your tarp or put in a place that can get messy.
Zip up your get if necessary to the top and put scotch tape over the zipper.

Lay flat and tape on stencil or print out with rolls of tape underneath it; and select your first color.
I used fabric and acrylics that came in the squeez tube so you can simply squirt out the paint in an explosion pattern.

Then let particaily and remove your stencil and scotch tape.
Then take black, or a color that you haven't used in the explosion and outline where the stencil use to be.

Once that is dry you are done!!!
